These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," "your") and p67.asia ("p67," "we," "us," "our"), governing all access to and use of the p67 website located at https://p67.asia and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and any other gaming products offered thereon.
p67 is an online gaming and entertainment platform operated for English-speaking Pakistani users. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any portion of the p67 platform, you agree that these Terms form a binding contract between you and p67.
These Terms should be read alongside the p67 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement governing your use of p67.
2.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register for or use any p67 service. p67 is an adult platform and strictly prohibits use by persons under the age of 18. Access by minors is a serious breach of these Terms.
2.2 By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
2.3 p67 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If satisfactory proof is not provided upon request, p67 may suspend or permanently close the relevant account and withhold any balance pending investigation.
2.4 Users are solely and personally responsible for determining whether their use of the p67 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. p67 makes no representation that its services are legal in all territories. Pakistani users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in their province or region before using p67.
3.1 To access p67's full range of services, you must complete the registration process and create a single personal account. Each individual may maintain only one (1) p67 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may be closed without notice, with balances forfeited.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.
3.3 p67 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before any withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and, where applicable, supporting documents to verify your identity and payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p67 account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. p67 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
3.5 p67 staff will never ask for your password by any communication channel. Any request purporting to be from p67 seeking your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to p67 support immediately.
4.1 All financial transactions on p67 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). p67 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion on your behalf.
4.2 Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. p67 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion and will communicate such changes via the platform.
4.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. p67 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
4.4 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the p67 account cashier section and may be updated periodically. Users are responsible for checking current limits before initiating transactions.
4.5 p67 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
5.1 All bets and wagers placed on p67 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category, including but not limited to: sports betting rules, casino game rules, and slot game rules. These are published within the relevant product interfaces on the p67 platform.
5.2 All transactions — including bets, withdrawals, and deposits — are recorded in p67's system logs, which shall be the authoritative record in the event of any dispute between you and p67.
5.3 p67 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after the relevant event has concluded, or placed through technical malfunction. Where bets are voided, the stake will be returned to the account balance.
5.4 Live in-play betting markets are available for selected sports including cricket (PSL, T20I, ODI, Test matches), badminton, and other events listed on the p67 sportsbook. In-play bet acceptance is subject to live odds availability and may be suspended at any time at p67's discretion.
6.1 p67 may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses, free bets, or other incentives to registered users. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion.
6.2 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be converted to cash except where specific wagering requirements have been satisfied as set out in the relevant promotion terms.
6.3 p67 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus amounts.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on p67. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

All content on the p67 platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and trademarks — is the property of p67 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the p67 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from p67.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p67 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the p67 platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity.
10.2 p67 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of its platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond p67's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. p67 accepts no liability for losses arising from service interruptions.
10.3 p67 shall not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of gaming on the platform. All wagering decisions are made by you voluntarily, and you acknowledge that gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss.
p67 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on the p67 platform. By registering for p67, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. p67 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
p67 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or via a notice on the p67 platform. Continued use of p67 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of p67 that cannot be resolved through p67's internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. You agree to exhaust p67's internal complaints process before initiating formal dispute resolution proceedings.
